Opening Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
This includes Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery orders.
Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Couriers may vary depending on availability.

Terms & Conditions

Signed-For Deliveries

For Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card allowing you to reschedule.

International Postal Terms

Orlaya Gem cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or delayed international shipments.
Once a parcel reaches your local courier in the destination country, responsibility transfers to them.
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or handling charges.

UK Addresses

Orlaya Gem cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Forwarding addresses

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

Once the parcel is delivered to the correct GPS location of the building provided at checkout, Orlaya Gem has fulfilled its delivery obligation.

Can My Order Be Delivered Faster?
